Course Overview

Realizing the importance of commerce application, Janata Shikshana Samiti has introduced this course from the academic year 2012-13. The college has well equipped classroom with necessary teaching tools required. It has also well qualified staff along with industrial exposure.

The main aim of the course is to provide a nice platform for budding youngsters to acquire essential skills and knowledge in the field of commerce. This course has been designed to meet the ever increasing demands in the areas of the commerce and industry.

Main Objectives of the Course :

The course has been incorporated with the latest developments in commerce and industry and it has been spread in 4 semesters: .

It provides basic knowledge and prepares the students for professional areas .

It prepares the students with sufficient knowledge and skills to take up independent business .

It prepares the students especially to support the growing industry needs.

The Selection Procedure for the M.Com Course

• The candidates who are eligible in accordance with the norms of the Karnatak University will be called for written test & interview (at their own cost)by the Principal.
• The candidates called for interview should be accompanied by their parents or Guardian who provides financial support to their studies at the college.
• During interview, the candidate should submit the Original certificates for verification.
• 50% weightage for entrance test.
• 50% weightage for performance at qualifying exam.
